10 sleep hacks every student must know

Hey muggles, mudbloods, halfbreeds and blood traitors, also the better people like me. I'm going to tell you 10 different sleep hacks you must know as a Hogwarts student especially if you O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts are coming up
HACK 1:
avoid caffeine in the evening. I must admit its gonna be hard, everyone loves a nice cup of tea whilst reading a book at night
HACK 2:
Resist the temptation of an all-nighter. Running on empty when it comes to sleep is never a good idea and all-nighters put students at risk of forgetfulness. (but that never stops nerdy little ravenclaw trying to be the next Hermione Granger)
HACK 3:
get exercise regularly as we feel more tired after doing it ensuring we get a good night's sleep.
HACK 4:
have a sleeping routine . This ensures we can wake up without an alarm or having someone yelling down our ear hole
HACK 5:
sleep with earphones (if your a muggle, mud blood or something like that of course you will) or something in your ears to help drain out the noises of reality
HACK 6:
relax! Sleep and stress never go well together.
HACK 7:
take a nap. If you take a short nap around 20 - 30 minutes can help improve your moods, alertness and performance.
HACK 8:
make your bed a place just for sleep. Don't study or use some sort of electronic in bed and make sure it's only used fr the 3 S's; sleep, sex( sorry for my language) and sickness.
HACK 9:
understand the benefits of aromatherapy. Use lavender spray or a light scented candle to help promote sleep. Aromatherapy has a number of proven benefits.
HACK 10!!!:
limit alcohol intake as even a few drinks an effect the quality of your sleep
